Measure around the width of you hand, excluding your thumb ( see picture above chart ), with a tape measure. The number of inches generally equals your glove size as follows:
6 inches	Youth Small
6-1/2 inches	Youth Medium
7 inches	Youth Large
7-1/2 inches	Adult Small
8 inches	Adult Medium
9 inches	Adult Large
10 inches	Adult X-Large
